In Bulgaria’s competitive real estate market, many agencies struggle to distinguish themselves — relying on generic visuals, uninspired corporate tones, and forgettable online content. BPC Real Estate approached Krótko with a clear goal: to create a brand film that would reflect not only the premium nature of their listings but also the founder’s personal expertise, ambition, and modern outlook.
We developed a visual concept centered around lifestyle, clarity, and leadership. Our production team filmed in Sofia and surrounding neighborhoods, capturing the founder in action — from high-end property tours to client interactions and confident arrivals in a luxury vehicle. Every shot was designed to emphasize both trust and aspiration.
